  • Lead a manufacturing engineering team in a fast paced and challenging production environment
  • Plan and utilize the team to develop manufacturing processes, work instructions, tooling, automation, and continuous improvements
  • Be a champion for process improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives for the Moorestown site
  • Coordinate activities concerned with technical developments, project management, scheduling, and resolving engineering problems
  • Ensure production team adherence to company, business, program and site policies, procedures, and defined processes
  • Engage in proposals, estimates and/or concept of operation development
  • Interface across functions and programs to achieve business goals

  • Graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in an engineering related field
  • Demonstrated leadership experience and solving technical problems (with Full Spectrum Leadership competencies)
  • Excellent written and verbal communications, interpersonal skills with ability to work with multiple levels of management, peers, internal and external customers
  • Demonstrated project management ability to develop and manage budgets, cost, quality, and schedule
  • Experience developing manufacturing processes and working in cross-functional teams
  • Excellent computer skills plus CAD or similar experience
Candidate must have an Active Secret Clearance at time of application to be considered for this roleDesired skills
  • Significant experience developing/leading manufacturing processes
  • Demonstrated knowledge and support of Lean manufacturing principles, flow, and continuous improvement
  • Experience with RMS Production systems (EPDM, SAP, Solumina) and product lines
  • Knowledge of Operations, IUE, IFPTE, ASPEP organizations
  • Experience supporting proposals and cost estimates
  • Active SECRET clearance or higher at time of application
  • Advanced MSME or related Master degree
