Digital Press OperatorAlphaGraphics on University in Tempe actively seeks a multi-faceted individual digital print operator to join our team. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated and have the skills and experience to work independently. (Preferred)· Xerox, IGen, or Iridesse Operator Trained (Preferred)· Familiar and comfortable with Fiery Print Controller, a plus· Experience in a high-volume operation.· Creative and capable of problem-solver· Focused on meeting both the company and customer’s expectations.· High Energy with the ability to work independently and with a larger team.· Drive compliance with all print processes & systems - work with a sense of urgency· Maintain print quality, optimize production, and minimize waste.· Drive Execution of Print production goals & metrics - Lead by example· Physical ability to stand on feet all day and lift 50lb as needed.· Communicates well with fellow team members, Co-Workers and Managers· Excellent verbal and written communication skills· Dedication to providing excellent support to our customers.Company: AlphaGraphics on University was established in Tempe, Arizona 1988.
