  • Lead by example – this is a working lead position.
  • Inspect / assemble inbound product.
  • Random Audits.
  • Process improvement.
  • Housekeeping.
  • Train new associates.
  • Aide manager in correcting and preventing errors.
  • Staffing levels – constant communication with supervisor regarding staff.
  • Monitor department for safety concerns.
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies.
  • Aide manager to monitor productivity levels.
  • Communicate product issues with Merchandise and Product Development teams.

Relevant salary considerations will include candidate qualifications and experience, other business/organizational needs and market factors .
