Our client, an award-winning financial services firm (600+ employees worldwide) is looking for a global Talent & Organizational Development Specialist to join their rapidly growing team. This hybrid role (2 days on-site in NYC or New Jersey) will pay up to $160k base, plus excellent bonus and benefits.This opportunity is both hands-on and strategic. The ideal candidate will be highly creative, with a track record of success in the design and delivery of in-house L&D training and content, leadership engagement, strong companywide communication and strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Someone with an interest in enhancing processes as well as developing strategies for succession planning, talent reviews and performance would be of strong interest.
