6-8 years of experience in Aternity's digital experience monitoring or related fields
Expertise in Aternity products and competing products such as Lakeside Systrack, Nexthink, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, etc.
Strong analytical skills to understand IT organization, requirements, and processes
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Experience with cloud migration and application delivery
Proficiency in performance troubleshooting for Windows and UNIX platforms
Ability to develop scripts for metric collection and remediation tasks
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Analyze and optimize digital experiences for clients using Aternity's solutions
Collect and interpret end-user and application performance data for troubleshooting
Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to achieve project goals, both on-site and remotely
