- Develop and implement digital content strategies across email, website, and social media platforms.
- Create visually appealing graphics and images to support various digital marketing initiatives.
- Write and edit engaging content for emails, website pages, blog posts, and social media channels that align with the organization's marketing strategy and SEO goals.
- Collaborate with the leadership and marketing teams to brainstorm new content ideas and campaign strategies.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital content using analytics tools to optimize campaigns and improve engagement.
- Stay up to date with digital media trends and best practices to continuously improve content effectiveness that’s both compelling and informative.
- Develop content calendars and ensure timely delivery of content.
- Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to increase organic traffic.
- Obtain and evaluate analytics to monitor and improve performance of digital campaigns.

- Ensure content follows SEO best practices and company style guidelines
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience of at least five years working in digital content creation and management.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or similar design software.
- Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with SEO principles and best practices.
- Experience with Google Marketing Platform, Semrush, and/or associated tools.
- Familiarity with design criteria of HTML/CSS and web publishing.
- Knowledge of digital advertising and social media marketing strategies.
- Certification in digital marketing or related field.
- HubSpot knowledge/experience
- Prolonged sitting: Most of the workday will be spent seated at a computer.
- Fine motor skills: Dexterity to operate a keyboard and mouse efficiently.
- Vision: Good eyesight to read and view digital content on screens.
- Hearing: Ability to hear conversations and phone calls clearly.
- Occasional lifting: May need to lift and carry light items like documents or equipment.
