- Lead the planning and execution of new market development initiatives, working with analysts, member companies, and other Standard Development Organizations (SDOs) to identify strategic market gaps and opportunities.
- Own and scale the liaison engagement strategy with multiple standards development organizations, including the coordination of member participation in focused work areas.
- Champion Bluetooth technology, engaging with strategic market influencers, leading dedicated advisory groups, and validating technology roadmap opportunities in partnership with the Strategic Technology Advisory Committee (STAC).
- Drive market development plans from conception to completion, setting KPIs, objectives, and key results for specific projects.
- Facilitate stakeholder education through various channels and bridge the gap to member promotion via webinars, speaking engagements, and events.
- Develop and manage strategic programs crucial for specific market or use case success.
- Act as a key spokesperson and subject matter expert for Bluetooth technology at internal and external events, leveraging market and solution knowledge.
- Represent the organization with your expertise in key markets and solutions.
- Travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
- 7-10 years of experience in marketing, business, or market development for technology companies.
- Strategic thought leader skilled at aligning diverse viewpoints and passionate about building a vision for technology.
- Proven experience in market analysis, planning, and setting direction for strategic projects.
- Highly proficient in market messaging, content development, and market/use-case positioning.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with strong stakeholder management abilities.
- Adept at merging business and technical concepts, along with proficient engagement planning for strategic markets.
- Demonstrated track record of building strategic relationships and leading successful cross-team and cross-organizational initiatives.
- Creative, accountable, and highly organized team player, experienced in presenting to global audiences and working with B2B partners.
