Kelaca is looking for a Senior Infor XA Programmer Analyst for our client partner in Eau Claire, WI (Remote). This full-time, exempt role reports to the IT Manager and offers the opportunity to shape and support critical business systems across a fast-paced organization. Light travel required – typically one week every couple of months.The Senior Programmer Analyst will perform complex analysis in the development, design, implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of computer systems used to collect, manage, monitor, and store data in support of business requirements. Experience with Infor XA ERP is required.Under general supervision, you will perform a variety of highly skilled, complex, and specialized professional work in the analysis, programming, testing, implementation, and maintenance of computer systems. You will also provide technical and end-user support for all aspects of computing needs.Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business and IT stakeholders to analyze requirements and develop scalable application solutions that improve processes, enable data-driven decisions, and support strategic goals.
  • Support ERP systems and third-party software through development, configuration, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot applications, ensuring system uptime, responsiveness, and participation in on-call support rotation.
  • Apply advanced programming skills in SQL, PHP, Visual Basic, and RPG to deliver robust solutions.
  • Lead medium-to-large programming projects using SDLC best practices and project tracking tools.
  • Translate functional requirements into development workflows, including diagrams and sequence logic.
  • Utilize project management dashboards, change control process tools, and help desk management systems to manage tickets, updates, and progress tracking.
  • Coach and mentor junior developers, share best practices, and promote continuous learning across the team.
  • Evaluate and implement third-party applications that complement enterprise systems and business needs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and communicate clearly across technical and business teams to support alignment and drive system adoption.
Skills and Experience:
  • An undergraduate degree in a field such as Computer Science, Finance, Business, Supply Chain, and/or 5 plus years equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with Infor XA ERP is required.
  • Advanced programming skills in SQL, PHP, Visual Basic & RPG
Preferred Experience:
  • Experience with Paper-Less MES, Varsity, Avalara, Formtastic or TL Ashford a plus
