Administrative Assistant ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day administrative support to the CEOManage the CEOs calendar, meetings, and correspondenceCoordinate board meetings, agendas, minutes, and governance recordsTrack contracts, assist with renewals, and manage expense reportingAct as liaison between the CEO and staff, board members, and external contactsSupport proposals, grants, and credentialing renewalsProvide backup guidance to staff when the CEO is unavailableAssist with general communications and other administrative tasks as needed
Administrative Assistant QualificationsHigh school diploma required; college degree preferred5+ years of administrative support experience (nonprofit or human services a plus)Experience supporting board meetings and governance recordsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Strong organizational and communication skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Bilingual English/Spanish or ASL skills a plus
