The Construction Superintendent is an experienced construction leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in driving quality projects to successful completion. You will work with a respected general contractor known for delivering high-quality spaces and building strong client relationships. You'll be an essential part of the team-responsible for managing daily site operations, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring safety and quality standards are upheld every step of the way.Construction Superintendent Responsibilities:Lead the on-site supervision of commercial interior construction projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget deliveryDevelop and maintain project schedules, providing regular updates on progress, milestones, and potential delaysOversee and coordinate subcontractor work, ensuring alignment with design specifications, safety standards, and project timelinesConduct regular project status reviews with the Project Manager and client representativesManage manpower, materials, and equipment requirements effectively to support site productivityEnforce job site safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA and company-specific safety protocolsMaintain LEED documentation and requirements as applicablePrepare accurate daily and weekly reports documenting project updates, challenges, and forecasted needsServe as a hands-on leader, setting the tone for professionalism, quality, and accountability on siteConstruction Superintendent Requirements:5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or Foreman on commercial interior fit-out or renovation projectsStrong leadership and communication skills with the ability to build positive working relationships across all levelsProficiency in reading blueprints and construction schedulesKnowledge of LEED practices and documentation preferredDemonstrated ability to manage multiple subcontractors and site logistics effectivelyStrong commitment to job site safety, quality control, and client satisfaction * OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain)
