Overview and ResponsibilitiesJob SummaryWe are seeking a Salesforce Software Developer (multiple levels) with deep expertise in Salesforce to join our CRM development teams. In this role, you will design, develop, and deliver end-to-end solutions to meet business process needs. You will work to connect our Salesforce ecosystem with internal and external systems through MuleSoft’s Anypoint Platform. You’ll be a part of the full lifecycle of projects advising on architecture, writing robust code and/or configuration, and ensuring security and reliability. This person will work closely with our business analysts and internal business stakeholders to understand their key business drivers and data needs, and scope out and build scalable and suitable solutions that will help our customers with the information needed for planning, analysis, and decision-making.Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities(Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions. - Develop and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and low-code configuration based solutions when possible
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and architects to translate requirements into scalable technical designs
- Optimize performance of Apex triggers, batch jobs, platform events, and flows under high-volume loads
- Troubleshoot production incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and implement preventative measures
- Develop and consume multi-layer APIs and integrations, preferably on the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, leveraging API-led connectivity best practices
- Enforce enterprise-grade security on both platforms, including Salesforce Shield (Platform Encryption, Event Monitoring), and MuleSoft security policies (OAuth, JWT, client-ID enforcement)

- Multi-Cloud Experience, with a focus on Salesforce Service/Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud
- Effectively communicate in English, both oral and written, with vendors and employees at all levels of the organization to ensure questions and concerns are processed promptly
