
Senior Salesforce Developer (Orlando Area)

- Develop and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and low-code configuration based solutions when possible
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and architects to translate requirements into scalable technical designs
- Optimize performance of Apex triggers, batch jobs, platform events, and flows under high-volume loads
- Troubleshoot production incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and implement preventative measures
- Develop and consume multi-layer APIs and integrations, preferably on the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, leveraging API-led connectivity best practices
- Enforce enterprise-grade security on both platforms, including Salesforce Shield (Platform Encryption, Event Monitoring), and MuleSoft security policies (OAuth, JWT, client-ID enforcement)

- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II
- Salesforce Certified MuleSoft Developer I & II
- Multi-Cloud Experience, with a focus on Salesforce Service/Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud
- Effectively communicate in English, both oral and written, with vendors and employees at all levels of the organization to ensure questions and concerns are processed promptly
- Helpful, knowledgeable, and polite while maintaining a positive attitude
- Interpret a variety of instructions in a variety of communication mediums
- Maintain confidentiality and practice discretion and caution when handling sensitive information
- Ability to multitask with attention to detail and follow-through on commitments
