It does not identify all tasks that may be expected, nor address the performance standards that must be maintained.PRIMARY FUNCTION: Identifies financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts. Guides cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures; providing trends and forecasts; explaining processes and techniques; recommending actions.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (*ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)
1. Consolidate and analyze financial data (budgets, income statement forecasts, etc), taking into account company's goals and financial standing.*
2. Develop financial models, conduct benchmarking and process analysis.*
3. Consult with management to guide and influence long term and strategic decision making within the broadest scope.*
4. Determine cost of operations by establishing standard costs; collecting operational data.*
5. Prepare cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures; providing trends and forecasts; explaining processes and techniques; recommending actions.*
6. Recommend actions by analyzing results, monitoring variances, identifying trends and making comparative analyses.*
7. Analyze current and past financial data and performance and prepare reports and projections based on analysis.*
8. Maintain provider compensation model and reporting.
9. Evaluate and track capital expenditures.
10. Assemble and summarize data to structure sophisticated reports on financial status and risks.
11. Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing publications
12. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
13. Maintain regular, in person, work attendance and punctuality, as scheduled.*REQUIREMENTS:
⦁ Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics or related fieldPREFERENCES:
⦁ Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office and financial software applications
⦁ Hands on experience with statistical analysis and statistical packages
⦁ Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills
