DescriptionHybrid. Financial Analyst. Fantastic opportunity to work directly for the CFO of a fast-growing healthcare organization.We’re seeking a driven Financial Analyst with 1–4 years of experience who thrives in a high-impact environment and is ready to partner with executive leadership.Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Accounting on revenue, budgeting, and variance analysis
  • Conduct meetings with C-Suite and Senior Management
  • Provide insights through market research, KPI tracking, and ROI analysis
  • Analyze trends, financial metrics, and business performance
  • Help guide the business toward greater profitability
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Advanced MS Excel: Must be able to work with large datasets and present clean, actionable insights to senior stakeholders
