- Enables innovation with the current tech stack to produce strong KPIs and meet the needs of key stakeholders
- Able to independently build automations, develop member journey workflows and use Adobe Campaign expertise to integrate with third party systems such as Movable Ink and Litmus.
- Develops solutions to campaigns that require a more complex Workflow and shares this information to the Specialist to execute
- Establishes strong relationships with external teams to manage roadblocks independently
- Participates in problem solving until the job has completed successfully
- Understands reporting and can analyze the data to problem solve and seek out new opportunities
- Develops credibility amongst cross functional partners and becomes the valued and trusted source to implement personalization requests
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience integrating and supporting enterprise Email/SMS platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, or similar.
- Experience in designing and maintaining data pipelines for syncing customer profiles, events, and catalog data into messaging platforms.
- Familiarity with ETL tools and scripting languages for custom data transformations and automations.
- Extreme attention to detail and ability to handle competing deadlines and rush requests while managing multiple campaigns at the same time
- Self-starter and successful problem solver to identify and develop solutions within the Adobe product suite and any other personalization tools used with Email and SMS communications
- Excellent communication skills to update key stakeholders on progress
- Experience creating, managing, maintaining automatically triggered and one-time launch campaigns
- Ability to work extended times especially during some weekends and holidays
