- Own and deliver the product roadmap for Retail Media, ensuring accountability for business outcomes, and making necessary trade-offs in conjunction with marketing leadership
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across Engineering, IT, and UX to ensure seamless platform implementations and superior end-to-end user flows
- Apply a customer-focused approach to define requirements based on customers’ needs.
- Develop, prioritize, and execute on the backlog as the product manager for the Retail Media development pod
- 3-5 years of product experience focused on Retail Media implementation and platform management
- Solid understanding of the Retail Media landscape, with a focus on online and offline Retail Media ad placements
- Proven ability to drive measurable change within the organization, particularly in Retail Media
- Proven experience in delivering through Agile methodologies in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to negotiate positively, influence others, and maintain effective business relationships with various cross-functional teams
- Previous experience working with designers, engineers, and various stakeholders to coordinate, plan, execute, and track product releases from beginning to end
