- Estimated Starting Salary Range for Program Coordinator:
- Pay commensurate with experience.

- Coordinates the production of weekly and monthly report deliverables.
- Provides report contributors with reminders and ample time for cross team collaboration and executive review prior to submission.
- Screens/distributes materials to appropriate staff and assign taskers and follow-up for completion.
- Responsible for content and visual editing for consistency on all presentations and formal program collateral.
- Research assigned topics and prepare special reports and findings.
- Performs tasks associated with meeting support.
- Ensures documentation is submitted on schedule and complies with program requirements.
- Facilitates the day-to-day Program Management support as it pertains to both Win and Delivery
- Provides ad-hoc administrative support to Program Directors
- Develops and supports program schedule and performs weekly updates for inclusion in client deliverables.
- Coordinates the activities of multiple parties including internal resources, engineering, procurement, project management, subcontractors, vendors and necessary third parties required for the successful execution and delivery of program requirements.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
- Supports Program Management team with vendor setup and subcontracts coordination and submissions
- Provides requisition support and follow-up for candidate recruiting
- Leads functional department coordination meetings for subcontracts and recruitment status
- Four (4) to six (6) years of program/project coordination experience or four (4) to six (6) years Cherokee Federal Shared Service (back-office) experience. Experience managing Federal government contracts is a plus.
- Strong PowerPoint skills and ability to format presentations and documentation that is client facing.
- Strong Excel experience required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to quickly understand the context of a situation and pull together the right resources to meet a deadline.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in a team environment to accomplish the goals of the team and organization.
- Must have excellent oral, verbal, written communication skills.
- Ability to lead or contribute to the development of technical reports and procedures

- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check is required.
- Ability to pass U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
