Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking 1st Shift Welders to join their team. As a welder, you will be part of the production department supporting various projects. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: WelderLocation: Ridgeland, WIPay Range: $20/hrShift: 1st , Mon-Thur. 6a-4pWhat's the Job?

Perform welding tasks to assemble metal components.
Ensure high-quality welds that meet safety and industry standards.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.

What's Needed?

Proven experience in welding techniques and processes.
Ability to read and understand technical documents.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
