- Receipt in the Ford parts order and get wholesale, shop, and fleet parts checked in and separated.
- Process returns from wholesale customers.
- As a Shipping/Receiving Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the parts inventory and ensuring that our customers receive exemplary service.
- In this role, you will maintain the parts inventory by stocking shelves, organizing bins, and recording the location of parts.
- Assist all parts drivers in locating and pulling parts for daily deliveries.
- Perform routine housekeeping tasks that maintain and enhance the cleanliness and organization of products.
- Identify and support opportunities for methods/process improvement.
- Coordinate work with team members and management.
- With the guidance of your manager, understand, keep abreast of, and comply with federal, state, and local regulations that affect parts sales and other dealer operations.
- Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the supervising manager.
- 18 years of age or older.
- General familiarity with a variety of automobiles.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Pre-employment background check and drug test.
- Must be willing to work as part of a team.
- Must have basic computer and phone skills.
- Automotive Dealership experience a PLUS.
- Inventory Management experience a PLUS.
- Ability to work with numbers.
- Previous experience in a similar role a PLUS.
- Must be self-motivated with good written and verbal communication skills.
