Relocation / H-1B is not offered.Responsible for receiving and processing inventory, transferring product between Warehouse, Production and QC areas. Pick, Pack ‘n Ship orders in an efficient and effective manner, communicating status and sharing tracking information with internal stakeholders.Duties and Responsibilities:Receive product, check for damage, communicate arrival to internal stakeholders and deliver to addressee / place in InventoryReceive and process customer returns (RMAs)Pick, package up orders and prepare to shipDouble-check warehouse-picked and QC-provided orders before shippingShip out orders in App (create labels, and confirm shipped so orders team can finalize invoicing)Provide shipping and tracking information to SalesHave shipments available for pick-up for UPS / FedEx / DHL / USPS / etc.Assist other team members and perform additional tasks when needed / as requestedFollow standard operating proceduresThis description is meant to be a guide it does not include every responsibility of roleQualifications:Must be able to bend and lift heavy boxesFluent in EnglishProficient in using technology to perform the job (use PC, email, etc.)Well-organized, able to multitask but also attentive to detailStrong communication skillsAbility to think quickly and resolve issuesTeam player, willing and ready to help out colleagues in warehouse and production departments if needed.Support diverse and inclusive work environmentAdditional :Job Type: Full Time Monday - Friday (hourly)Starting wage - $17.00 / hour
Hours: 8am - 5pm (Mon-Fri)
