We are seeking a skilled and motivated Construction Project Manager with proven experience managing healthcare construction projects, including hospitals, outpatient facilities, medical office buildings, and specialized treatment centers. The ideal candidate will lead project teams from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safety, schedule, quality, and budget goals are consistently achieved.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all phases of construction projects from planning to final completion.Oversee field operations, subcontractor coordination, schedule management, and cost control.Ensure compliance with healthcare-specific construction standards, infection control protocols (ICRA), and AHCA regulations (as applicable).Coordinate with architects, engineers, healthcare administrators, and regulatory officials.Lead weekly owner and subcontractor meetings, providing clear communication and updates.Monitor project schedules and adjust resources to maintain milestones and deadlines.Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring safety and compliance at all stages.Review and approve subcontractor invoices, change orders, and project billing.Collaborate with the preconstruction and estimating teams to review scopes, budgets, and value engineering options.Maintain accurate documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.Mentor and supervise assistant project managers, project engineers, and site staff.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
