We're currently seeking dedicated Health Services Workers (HSWs) to support residents in our long-term care nursing facility. If you're a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) looking for a meaningful role with a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.Job Overview:Provide essential hands-on support to residents in a long-term care setting. This includes helping with daily activities, supporting emotional well-being, and contributing to a safe and caring environment for all residents.Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct care services to residents in a nursing home/long-term care setting.
  • Assist residents with daily living activities as directed (e.g., grooming, hygiene, mobility).
  • Participate in meal pass and related support duties.
  • Communicate clearly with supervisors and follow care instructions.
  • Follow facility policies, including mandatory overtime when required.
Qualifications:
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in good standing with the West Virginia Nurse Aide Registry.
  • Valid CPR Certification
  • Valid Food Handlers Card
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply – extended orientation and support provided
