- Work with city agencies and nonprofit organizations
- Website and Member Communications:
- Assist with website updates, social media, blogs, and member ‘InfoHub' communications
- Update media distribution lists and manage correspondence with press contacts
- Create event listings with partners on third-party event sites
- Newsletter and Distributions:
- Assist in building and maintaining content for newsletters
- Manage email marketing automation
- Utilize member feedback to evaluate and enhance campaign success
- Assist in analyzing data to contribute insights for ongoing marketing strategies
- Design support:
- Oversee the design and graphics of marketing materials, ensuring alignment with our brand identity
- Collaborate with design teams to create visually compelling promotional assets
- Support in preparing and presenting findings to business decision-makers
- Event Coordination:
- Assist in the setup, facilitation, and successful completion of events
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless and engaging event experience
- Provide on-site support during daytime and evening programs (3-4 events/month)
- Market Research:
- Conduct market research to gain insights into the evolving marketing needs of our organization and target audience
- Contribute to actionable recommendations based on market trends and analysis
- Strong enthusiasm for marketing with a desire to learn and grow in the field
- Proficiency in basic graphic design tools for creating visuals
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
