  • Location: Mostly remote; candidates must be able to meet patients in clinic if needed.

Compensation varies based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, performance, location and salary range at the time of the offer.ResponsibilitiesApply specialized clinical knowledge and advanced clinical skills in the areas of assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental, emotional, behavioral and developmental disorders, conditions and addictions.
  • Administer and interpret tests and measures of psychosocial functioning for the purpose of diagnosing mental, emotional, behavioral, addictive and developmental disorders and disabilities.
  • Develop and implement appropriate assessment-based treatment plans.
  • Consult with team managers, statutory and voluntary agencies and patient's relatives to ensure compliance with the patient's treatment plan.
  • Provide crisis-oriented psychotherapy as well as short-term and long-term psychotherapy and psychotherapeutic treatment.
  • Document patient therapy in accordance with both federal and state regulations.
RequirementsLicensure / Certification / Registration:
  • One or more of the following required:
  • Social Worker specializing in Clinical Practice obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Social Workers obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Preferred Credential(s):
  • Drivers License.
Education:
  • Master's degree in Social Work required.
Work Experience:
  • 3 years of experience preferred.
