We offer treatment through both in-person and telehealth options. While in-person care is often most effective for residents in nursing homes, we serve rural areas where telehealth may be the best available option.GeroPsych, the mental health division of Key Rehabilitation, Inc., is a group mental health practice based in Murfreesboro, TN. We partner with skilled nursing facilities across the Midwest, delivering psychological services to residents. Responsibilities:Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LSCW) will diagnose and treat mental health conditions in residents in a long-term care setting. Qualifications:Minimum qualifications:
  • Education: Master of Social Work degree
  • License: An active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Tennessee license
  • Other: Must adhere to Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct and comply with all state and federal regulations in the performance of job duties
