
Payroll Analyst

- Review payroll data and ensure accuracy in gross-to-net calculations, deductions, and garnishments.
- Analyze employment changes (e.g., hires, terminations, job/location changes) and their payroll impact.
- Support weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payroll runs through reporting and reconciliation.
- Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies in collaboration with the team.
- Recommend process improvements to support company growth.
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries with a customer-first mindset.
- 3-5+ years of payroll experience, including multi-state and multi-location processing.
- Strong Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables); Workday experience a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities.
- Strong communication skills and discretion with sensitive information.
- Salary range: $70,000-$90,000 + bonus + benefits.
