Payroll AnalystA fast-growing, mission-driven company is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Payroll Analyst to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, analyzing data, and improving systems in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:
  • Review payroll data and ensure accuracy in gross-to-net calculations, deductions, and garnishments.
  • Analyze employment changes (e.g., hires, terminations, job/location changes) and their payroll impact.
  • Support weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payroll runs through reporting and reconciliation.
  • Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies in collaboration with the team.
  • Recommend process improvements to support company growth.
  • Respond to employee payroll inquiries with a customer-first mindset.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5+ years of payroll experience, including multi-state and multi-location processing.
  • Strong Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables); Workday experience a plus.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong communication skills and discretion with sensitive information.
