The focus of this position will be to manage an existing book of business while identifying and closing new opportunities. This position requires an excellent listener with exceptional time management. It also demands great communication and outbound phone skills. The Inside Sales Rep will be based out of RefrigiWear in Alpharetta, GA and report directly to the Inside Sales Manager.Interested in the day-to-day responsibilities?
  • Professionally grow and manage all assigned accounts within US and Canada
  • Introduce new products and provide expertise to drive new business opportunities
  • Present specific industry knowledge to suggest products for the correct application
  • Exceed monthly call and follow up requirements
  • Demonstrate a commitment to follow up and customer satisfaction
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Researching accounts using online tools
  • Weekly/Monthly account admin & reporting
What's your background?
  • Inside Sales experience of 1-2 years
  • Proficient in all windows applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Organizational skills and proper planning
  • Team player with solid communication skills
  • A track record of successfully achieving sales goals and quotas
  • A continuous and verifiable record of integrity, ambition and accountability
  • Results driven with good phone etiquette
