Those interested in joining our team should be proactive and approach design challenges with a willingness to explore lots of ideas.Relocation and housing are not provided for these positions.What You'll Do:
  • Performs elementary architectural assignments and works from designs of others.
  • Compiles data, performs basic computations and prepares working drawings on projects of limited scope. Assists in compiling data for architectural plans, specifications, cost estimates, reports, business development, etc.
  • Assists in conducting preliminary studies to obtain information as to space and design requirements, obtaining measurements and making sketches preliminary to the preparation of contract drawings.
  • Researches, gathers, and records information for use in writing specifications.
  • Performs basic analyses of design, planning and occupancy studies and limited design layouts.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
What You'll Need:
  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent plus current enrollment in post-secondary architectural or related program

What We Prefer:
  • Revit skills
  • Previous internship experience
  • 3 years of enrollment in post-secondary architectural program
Proficiency in software:
  • Conceptual Modeling: exposure to Sketchup and/or Rhino, Grasshopper
  • Documentation: Revit, AutoCAD a plus
  • Rendering: exposure to Enscape, Twin Motion, Lumion and/or V-Ray
  • Graphics: Adobe Suite
Possess good communication skills and display the following attributes:

The approximate pay range for the Greater Seattle, WA Metro Area is $21.45 - $32.17. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
