- Analyze internal and external data and realize growth opportunities to help businesses improve performance and drive growth.
- Conduct research on market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform strategic marketing decisions.
- Analyze performance indicators to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Assist in the creation of marketing strategies and plans, including segmentation, targeting, and positioning strategies.
- Develop reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate findings, recommendations, and strategic insights to stakeholders.
- Develop relationships with a variety of internal and external partners.
- Share and leverage standard processes and provide consultancy to team.
- Lead end-to-end marketing initiatives or other customer-focused initiatives; develop and implement tests to measure efficiency.
- Find innovative ways to improve the Amex Offers experience and performance.
