- Develop compelling creative strategies tailored to commercial audiences to influence content development.
- Derive insights from the competitive landscape and customer feedback and synthesize to develop data-driven recommendations.
- Document marketing processes and backlogged opportunity areas and drive future prioritization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Analytics, Technology, Legal, Compliance and other collaborators.
- Assist with ideation of marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and prospect growth.
- Bachelor’s degree candidates with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027
- Demonstrated interest in commercial payments and marketing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to distill complex concepts or problems.
- Intellectual curiosity and desire to continually learn about the changing payments landscape and new technologies.
- Ability to collaborate and build positive relationships with leaders, colleagues, and cross-functional partners to deliver value.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present ideas clearly and concisely.
- Demonstrated resilience, ‘can do’ attitude, and optimism in changing circumstances.
- Comfortable challenging the status quo and driving continuous process improvement.
- Proficient in analytical and presentation tools, including MS Excel and PowerPoint.
