location - open to Atlanta, Chicago, or St. LouisOur client, an Am Law 100 firm, is seeking an experienced full-time Real Estate Paralegal to join its national Real Estate Practice Group in the Atlanta, Chicago, or St. Louis office. This role will report to the Practice Group Leader and support attorneys on a wide range of commercial real estate transactions.Key Responsibilities:Manage and coordinate due diligence, including review of title commitments, surveys, zoning reports, and related documentsAssist in drafting and reviewing real estate conveyance and closing documentsCoordinate real estate closings for acquisitions, dispositions, and financings, including debt and equity transactionsPrepare signature page packages, oversee delivery of documents, manage closing checklists, and handle recording and post-closing documentationDraft and file UCC financing statements; order and review UCC, lien, and litigation searchesManage entity formation, maintenance, and related corporate filingsAssemble officer certificates, resolutions, and other organizational deliverables (ability to draft from precedent preferred)Conduct factual or legal research and assist with special projects or filings as neededCommunicate directly with clients, title companies, and external parties regarding transactional mattersQualifications:Bachelors degree or Associates degree with a Paralegal Certificate required5 to 7 years of commercial real estate experience, preferably in a law firm, title company, or in-house legal departmentSignificant experience with complex, high-value transactionsStrong proficiency in reviewing title and survey documentsExcellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independentlyOutstanding client service and communication skillsProven ability to work collaboratively across legal teams and professional staffDiscretion with confidential matters and excellent attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, PDF creation tools, document management systems, and timekeeping software (Elite or similar)Willingness to work overtime as neededThis is an excellent opportunity to join a prestigious firm and work on sophisticated real estate matters in a collaborative, high-performing environment.
