An Atlanta-based law firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to support its commercial real estate practice. This role involves assisting with all phases of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, leasing, development, and construction projects.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and manage title commitments, surveys, and lien searchesTrack critical dates and maintain closing checklistsDraft and review conveyance documents, closing statements, UCC filings, and lease/loan abstractsCoordinate closings and handle post-closing requirements, including binders and filingsPrepare correspondence, estoppels, SNDAs, and other transaction-related documentsResearch state and local recording, tax, and compliance requirementsQualifications5+ years of experience in commercial real estate transactions/closingsStrong drafting, proofreading, and organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and document comparison toolsAbility to manage multiple deadlines with accuracy and professionalismBachelor’s degree preferred; Georgia Notary Public license a plus
