Our client is seeking a highly experienced MEP Estimator to step into a legacy role supporting large-scale manufacturing / mission critical projects across the U.S.Based in TX and operating internationally, this Engineering and Construction firm can offer any experienced candidate an excellent step forward in their career.   • Lead development of MEP scopes, pricing, and bid packages with an emphasis on electrical and mechanical scopes
  • Analyze drawings and specifications for plumbing, electrical, and mechanical trades
  • Design-Build and standard estimating will be required
  • Participate in design reviews and value engineering efforts
  • Support estimating efforts across multiple sectors
  • Interface with regional leadership, PMs, and external partners to align estimating strategy
  • Build and maintain industry-leading relationships, ensuring the best possible trade and client quality

  • 10-15+ years of Construction estimating experience with 5+ years in a MEP-focused role
  • Background in project management is helpful
  • Strong technical knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems
  • Technically-adept mindset, able to learn new softwares
  • Stable work history - no frequent job changes
  • Comfortable working in a fully remote capacity and reporting to a VP in TX
