Responsibilities include handling a variety of daily tasks such as data entry and the extensive use of Atlas, creating and maintaining documents, and managing both internal and external communications. The role requires frequent correspondence with customers, accurate filing, and thorough record-keeping. By balancing field coordination with administrative efficiency, the Project Assistant ensures the construction team is well-supported and operations run effectively.Education and Experience
- HS Diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-2 years clerical work
- A working familiarity and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products including Excel and Word, and the ability to be trained in the use of the company-specific applications and software
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Professional demeanor
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with people of all business and professional levels
- Ability to skillfully gather and analyze information, interpret difficult situations, and quickly make recommendations for resolution; creative problem-solver with the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex issues in a timely fashion
