We value your passion for patient care and teamwork.This position is pivotal in supporting the ongoing clinical and technical provision of care in the Endoscopy Suite and Preoperative Services Department at Monadnock Community Hospital. Endo Techs are responsible for various tasks crucial to the smooth operation of endoscopic procedures, including room setup and equipment preparation, assistance during procedures, equipment troubleshooting, and maintenance of supplies. Additionally, they ensure compliance with safety protocols, maintain communication with nursing staff and peers, and uphold the values of compassion, collaboration, honesty, and respect.Responsibilities:
Prepare rooms and equipment for endoscopic procedures.
Ensure proper cleaning and processing of equipment after each procedure.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of endoscopes, including function, sterilization, and troubleshooting.
Manage endoscopy-related supplies, restocking and reordering to prevent stock depletion.
Assist physicians with procedures, obtaining and handling biopsies and specimens.
Collaborate with nurses in patient care tasks as delegated.
Adhere to safety protocols, report concerns, and maintain equipment as per hospital policies.
Communicate effectively with nurses, peers, and physicians.
Perform additional clinical duties as needed.

Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required.
Previous clinical hospital experience preferred, graduates are welcome to apply.
H. LNA licensure and current CPR certification (including BLS) mandatory.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
