Compensation: Base + commissionJob Overview - Accounting + Finance Executive Recruiter - 33820We are seeking a driven, results-oriented Full Desk Executive Recruiter to join our growing team in Charlotte. In this role, you will own the full recruiting lifecycle - building client relationships, managing accounts, and delivering top accounting and finance talent across a range of industries. This is an opportunity to combine business development with candidate recruitment while playing a key role in shaping the success of both our clients and candidates.Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including business development, client management, and candidate placement within accounting and finance functions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with hiring managers, CFOs, Controllers, and HR leaders across the Charlotte market.
  • Source, interview, and evaluate accounting and finance professionals at all levels, from staff to executive leadership.
  • Develop customized recruiting strategies to identify both active and passive candidates.
  • Negotiate offers, manage the closing process, and ensure a positive experience for both clients and candidates.
  • Achieve individual and team performance goals related to placements, revenue, and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of client and candidate interactions in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Stay informed on hiring trends, compensation data, and the competitive landscape within the Charlotte finance and accounting market.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition; agency or search firm experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of full desk recruiting-business development and candidate delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting and finance functions, terminology, and candidate profiles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, HR, or related field preferred.
