This is an exceptional leadership opportunity for a skilled RN with demonstrated success managing long-term care teams.   • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing department, ensuring top-quality care delivery.
Manage, mentor, and evaluate a team of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.Conduct daily rounds and ensure clinical protocols and standards are upheld.Lead staff recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development initiatives.Address and resolve patient, family, and staff concerns promptly and professionally.Ensure compliance with the Nurse Practice Act, as well as state and federal regulations.Serve as acting Administrator when needed.Required QualificationsActive RN license in the State of MichiganMinimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a skilled nursing facilityLong-term care experience requiredCPR CertificationPreferred QualificationsBachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to long-term careStrong leadership and crisis management skillsCompensation & BenefitsBase Salary: $100,000 $120,000Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 paid out over 2 yearsFull suite of benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)Potential relocation assistanceOpportunity for performance-based bonusesReady to Lead with Purpose?
