Position Summary:Circle K is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Executive Account Manager – B2B to lead the growth, retention, and strategic development of our most valued key accounts. This senior-level role is instrumental in driving long-term client success, deepening executive-level relationships, and expanding our footprint within high-potential enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of managing complex client portfolios and delivering innovative fuel and fleet solutions that align with customer business objectives.Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Account Leadership: Manage a portfolio of high-value, cornerstone accounts with full ownership of the client relationship, ensuring exceptional service delivery, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Revenue Growth & Expansion: Drive revenue growth within assigned accounts by identifying and executing on upsell and cross-sell opportunities, leveraging Circle K’s unique value proposition and differentiated offerings.
  • Executive Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C-suite and executive leadership teams, to position Circle K as a trusted strategic partner.
  • Business Development & Innovation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts, including transitioning clients from third-party platforms to Circle K’s proprietary fleet solutions.
  • Solution Selling & Negotiation: Deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs. Lead contract negotiations and renewals to secure long-term partnerships.
  • Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer internally, ensuring client feedback informs product development, service enhancements, and strategic initiatives.
  • Performance Management: Set, monitor, and report on account-specific sales targets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, and segment teams to develop tailored campaigns, co-branded initiatives, and go-to-market strategies for key accounts.
  • Reporting & Insights: Maintain accurate records of account activity, revenue performance, and customer interactions. Provide actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in B2B sales, account management, or enterprise client development, preferably within the fuel, fleet, logistics, or transportation sectors.
