Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in participating in Agile ceremonies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD features, best practices, and industry trends.
Ability to recommend process improvements and optimize HR service workflows.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Collaborate with Product Owners and Scrum teams to refine, prioritize, and manage the product backlog.
Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases that align with business objectives.
Conduct process analysis and recommend improvements within the ServiceNow platform.
Support the testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet business needs and specifications.
