- Embrace an SRE approach to enhance production systems' reliability and performance.
- Partner with customers, developers, architects, and product owners to automate solutions and strengthen Commercial Application frameworks.
- Enhance the lifecycle of IT Products from design, deployment to operation, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure critical systems remain operational by measuring and monitoring availability, performance, and system health.
- Conduct pre-production validation through design consulting, software platform development, capacity planning, and production readiness reviews.
- Innovate through code extension, debugging, and automation to boost reliability and operational velocity.
- Collaborate globally with technologists to build and maintain robust services and relationships.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field is helpful.
- 2-3 years of experience in a relevant technical field is required.
- Proficiency with cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, etc.) is preferred.
- Experience with technologies in the commercial stack, such as Hadoop, Teradata, Spark, Hive, and more, is required.
- Familiarity with algorithms, data structures, complexity analysis, and software design is advantageous.
- Ability to advocate for sound software design and architectural decisions is a plus.
- Understanding of Scrum and Agile software development methodologies is beneficial.
- Strong debugging, optimization skills, and experience in task automation is preferred.
- Demonstrated independence, flexibility, interpersonal skills, and customer focus is a must.
- Proven ability to cultivate and manage partnerships and customer relationships as a technical service manager is essential.
- Maturity, good judgment, influential ability, analytical talent, and leadership are crucial for success.
- A detailed problem-solving mindset, coupled with excellent interpersonal skills and a sense of ownership and drive, is required.
The anticipated base pay range for this position is: $77,000- $124,200Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
