- Some of Trianz' built IP in data and analytics was acquired by Amazon. Since then, Trianz has been made an engineering partner of Amazon for building/supporting connected ecosystems across multiple AWS platforms.
- Most recently, Trianz and AWS have signed a strategic collaboration agreement within which the two companies will work on joint roadmaps/solutions for the cloud; AWS will buy Trianz | Concierto in bulk for AWS partners to use for migrations; AWS will also recommend Concierto to their MSPs and finally, AWS Professional Services and Trianz have signed an agreement for joint solutioning and customer delivery. - Own and drive the AWS Connector Project in partnership with the ElasticSearch team, ensuring clear timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts for AWS Launch Partner Initiatives, including telemetry pilots for software partners and upcoming consulting-focused telemetry solutions.
- Oversee planning and execution of Partner Central modernization projects, including onboarding Trianz as a launch partner for the updated IAM-based portal experience.
- Collaborate with AWS ProServe leadership and internal teams to understand and fulfill staffing and skills requirements for high-impact migration and modernization projects.
- Build a resource forecasting and fulfillment model to support AWS-led engagements and ensure readiness across cloud migration, DevOps, and analytics capabilities.
- Manage the VMware-to-AWS funding pipeline, acting as the central point of contact for deal structuring, AWS funding requests (MAP, ISV, POC funding), and pipeline prioritization.
- Collaborate with sales, alliances, and practice teams to accelerate deal velocity through funding alignment and proposal packaging.
- Design and launch an Incentive Initiative to reward AWS partners who drive capability adoption such as CRM integration, SaaS quick launch, API exposure, and security alignment.
- Track adoption KPIs and provide regular updates to internal leadership and AWS Partner Development Managers.
- Build strong relationships across AWS BD, ProServe, and Partner teams to align on strategic initiatives.
- Stay abreast of AWS roadmap developments and identify opportunities for Trianz to serve as a Launch or Preview Partner.

- 10+ years of experience in technology consulting, cloud alliances, or AWS partner program management
- Strong understanding of AWS ecosystem, including MAP, ISV programs, ProServe engagement models, and funding mechanisms
- Proven track record in program management across multiple stakeholders and functions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive presence
- Familiarity with cloud solutioning and partner enablement models (CRM integration, SaaS, APIs, telemetry)
- Experience working with AWS Partner Central and familiarity with its transition to IAM-based access
- Prior experience in managing funding-related deal desks and co-selling with AWS
- AWS Cloud Practitioner or equivalent certification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
