We're looking for a Training and Resource Manager to keep our outreach team running smoothly. You’ll be the go-to person for keeping projects on track, coordinating and providing trainings, and supporting communication across teams.In this role, you'll help manage logistics behind our incentive programs, coordinate fun and informative training resources, support outreach efforts, and even help plan our events. ResponsibilitiesWhat You’ll Be DoingTraining Development & Coordination
- Help identify and organize training topics for internal teams and external partners
- Facilitate creation of curriculum, content and trainings; train outreach staff and manage our training platform
- Collaborate with the TA Manager to ensure smooth and insightful delivery of “Insider” newsletter/blog
- Act as point person for client regarding training and curriculum development for internal outreach team and trade ally education
- Answer questions from internal teams and track requests related to equipment qualification
- Manage and update our Q&A databases for internal communications
- Oversee final stages of projects and ensure closing/payments
- Support the Outreach team with technical and training-related needs
- Build and maintain quick-reference one-sheets for energy efficiency measures
- Assist in reviewing installation manuals to identify program gaps
- Provide implementation support for the Homes & Here and other supplementary programs
- Team up with marketing to manage outreach event logistics, attendees and Eventbrite pages
- Book venues, maintain event calendars, and handle registrations
- Help coordinate both in-person and virtual outreach events
- Keep our CRM system up to date with current contacts and service data
- Maintain accurate master lists for Trade Allies and contractors
- Track external participant projects and assist in contractor recruitment efforts
- Work with the data team to generate recruitment and outreach lists and additional data requests, as needed
- 5+ years working in administrative support, sales, customer service, or related experience (preference in the energy efficiency field)
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office tools (i.e., Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint, Teams)
- Experience using a CRM or similar system to track customer and/or project details
- Ability to understand, interpret, and apply technical information
- Experience facilitating, performing or creating trainings for technical skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks to meet short turnaround times while adhering to strict quality control standards
- You enjoy helping others stay informed and on track
- You are comfortable setting expectations and deadlines for co-workers
- Experience working with energy efficiency incentive rebates or programs
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, insulation, and building science principles
- Advanced education such as Associates, Bachelor’s, or higher degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Basic knowledge of real estate building types including residential, multifamily and/or commercial buildings
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and weatherization products.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English

Salary RangeUSD $78,208.00 - USD $86,341.00 /Yr.
