- Customize and Develop: Build and implement customized Salesforce solutions to meet business needs, including custom objects, workflows, triggers, and Apex classes.
- Integrate Systems: Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other business systems using APIs, web services, and middleware.
- Optimize Performance: Continuously optimize Salesforce applications for performance, scalability, and user experience.
- Lead and Mentor: Oversee a team of three Salesforce Admins. You will be responsible for mentoring them, monitoring their progress, and providing training to foster their professional growth.
- Support Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement Salesforce best practices.
- Maintain Security: Ensure data security and compliance within the Salesforce environment, including managing user permissions and roles.
- Innovate: Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and releases, identifying opportunities for innovation and process improvement. Implementing solutions organization-wide for maximized efficiency and support.
- Troubleshoot Issues: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
