The Division of Technology Services is seeking a highly motivated and experienced ITA III Developer to join our dynamic team. The State's environment is a highly optimized blend of systems responsible for collecting, processing, and distributing millions of data elements every day.ResponsibilitiesSalesforce Development:Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions.Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other relevant Salesforce products.Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other state systems using APIs, web services, and middleware.Implement and manage Salesforce security and access controls.Understand Salesforce administration.Technical Leadership:Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.System Maintenance and Optimization:Perform regular system maintenance, including upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.Document technical designs, code, and configurations.Work within an agile development environment.QualificationsMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce development.Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Lightning Aura Components.Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization.Experience with Salesforce APIs, web services, and integration patterns.Knowledge of Salesforce security and access controls.Experience with agile development methodologies.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Salesforce Certifications such as Platform Developer I or II are highly desirable.Experience with version control systems such as Github.Experience with Salesforce Administration.Supplemental Information
