Location: Northumberland, PA
Schedule: 2:30 PM – 12:30 AM (Mon–Thu) + OT on Fridays
Pay: $19/hr + $2/hr shift differentialWhat You’ll Do· Work on doors and door components by carefully applying tape, packaging finished products, and moving items through each stage of production to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
· Perform minor repairs when needed and carry out detailed visual inspections so that every door and component meets accuracy, safety, and quality standards before moving forward.
· Read and verify production schedules thoroughly, adjusting tasks as necessary to keep workflow on track and ensure that deadlines and customer requirements are consistently met.
· Conduct in-depth quality checks on product dimensions, appearance, and completeness, ensuring that no detail is overlooked and that all products are ready for the next process.
· Document and track any defects or failures, communicating these issues promptly to support continuous improvement and prevent recurring errors in production.
· Move and stage materials both manually and with the assistance of equipment such as air lifts and forklifts, contributing to the organized flow of components throughout the plant.
· Maintain constant communication with supervisors and colleagues in upstream and downstream departments, ensuring collaboration and a seamless workflow across the operation.Why You’ll Love Working Here· Competitive pay: $19/hr + $2/hr shift differential.

· Previous Machine Operator Experience
