This position requires craftsmanship, hand–eye coordination, and precision as you work with a variety of tools and materials. Location: Northumberland, PA
Schedule: 2:30 PM – 12:30 AM (Mon–Thu) + OT on Fridays
Pay: $19/hr + $2/hr shift differentialWhat You’ll Do
  • Visually and physically inspect doors for defects, blemishes, and accuracy.
  • Use hand tools to install glass, mirrors, and other components with precision.
  • Read and follow production schedules while cutting and preparing materials of varying sizes and shapes.
  • Scan tickets into the system for inventory and material tracking, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Move and stage materials using air lifts or forklifts to support the flow of operations.
  • Pull doors from stock and prepare them for additional processes such as re-rail, re-stile, or cut down.
  • Communicate with other departments and supervisors to keep workflow consistent and on schedule.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and process procedures while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

What You’ll Need
  • 2–3 years of manufacturing experience (preferred).
  • Must possess great attention to detail.
  • High school diploma or GED (preferred).
  • Proficiency with tape measures, calipers, chisels, saws, impact wrenches, and other hand/power tools.
  • Knowledge of production schedules and Bill of Materials (BOMs).
