Job Title: Product EngineerJob DescriptionJoin a dynamic team working on project-based business where you will engage in 4-6 week design cycles before seeing your finished product. Collaborate in the concept stage, communicate with quoting teams, design for manufacturing, and work closely with welding and customers to ensure top-notch design solutions.Responsibilities
  • Engage in project-based design work, taking concepts from idea to completion.
  • Collaborate on ideas, tolerances, and designs for manufacturing.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers and team members.
  • Spend majority of time designing at a desk but also engage in floor walks to adjust and finalize products.
Essential Skills
  • Proficiency in 3D CAD design for manufacturing/tool design.
  • Experience with software such as Creo or SolidWorks.
  • Ability to interpret GD&T from customer prints.
  • Interpretation of customer weld prints/blueprints.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or associate's degree in engineering required.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Hands-on, mechanically inclined individuals will thrive in this role.

Located in Bettendorf, the site specializes in designing and building custom tooling systems for complex manufacturing environments and integrates robotic welding solutions for both general and heavy fabrication applications.
