Senior Vice President of MSP Sales, Healthcare Staffing - RemoteAs SVP of Sales, you will serve as a strategic architect and hands-on leader of our client’s revenue engine. You’ll be responsible for building and executing a high-performance sales strategy focused on MSP (Managed Service Provider) growth, while also shaping the broader go-to-market approach across their portfolio. This role demands a visionary leader with a proven track record in staffing, MSP sales, and scaling revenue in a fast-paced, investor-backed environment. This leader will serve as a key member of our client’s Executive Team.Strategic Sales Leadership
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive MSP sales strategy aligned with growth targets.
  • Identify new market and service line expansion opportunities throughout our portfolio.
  • Elevate our client’s market presence through bold, data-driven initiatives and monitor market trends to inform strategy.
  • Personally drive high-value MSP deals while building scalable systems for repeatable success
Team Development & Performance
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team with a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Implement scalable sales processes and CRM systems to improve efficiency, forecasting and pipeline health management.
  • Foster a collaborative environment across sales, marketing, and client success functions.
  • Leverage data and analytics to inform decision-making and optimize sales performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with the executive team and division leadership to reinforce trust and customer best interests.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to the CEO, COO, CFO and Board of Directors.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns and marketing model with revenue goals.
What you need:
Required
  • 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, preferably in healthcare staffing or workforce solutions.
  • Proven success in full-cycle MSP sales, including prospecting, pipeline development, and deal closure.
  • Experience leading teams in a private equity-backed or high-growth environment.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
  • Moderate travel required for client meetings, team leadership and industry events.
Preferred
  • Familiarity with healthcare staffing platforms and vendor management systems (VMS).
  • Experience scaling sales operations nationally.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial culture.
