- Serve as IntegriChain's brand evangelist and keynote presence, representing the company at significant events, summits, webinars, and strategic forums.
- Develop and refine a differentiated brand voice and platform that positions IntegriChain as the leader in commercialization and Net Revenue Optimization for life sciences.
- Oversee the creation of high-impact content and media that amplify thought leadership, customer success, and product innovation.
- Partner with Sales leadership to develop sales playbooks, account-specific pitch decks, competitive battlecards, and persona-based messaging frameworks that accelerate opportunity conversion.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in customer conversations and strategic positioning, and instill that throughout marketing assets and messaging.
- Become knowledgeable and deeply integrated in IntegriChain's solutions so that we can continue to find ways to bring our value to the marketplace.
- Ensure marketing materials consistently communicate product value across commercial, finance, access, and operations stakeholders.
- Lead end-to-end demand generation strategy-including digital marketing, ABM, SEO/SEM, content syndication, and events-to drive top-of-funnel growth.
- Collaborate with Revenue Operations and Sales to optimize pipeline conversion across MQL, SQL, and closed-won stages.
- Implement and manage performance metrics, lead scoring, and attribution models to ensure marketing ROI with a focus on pipeline generation, win rates, and campaign performance.
- Guide product positioning and go-to-market strategy for new and existing offerings.
- Translate complex product & platform capabilities into compelling, market-aligned messaging across use cases and buyer types.
- Lead voice-of-customer programs, competitive intelligence, and segmentation strategies to support GTM alignment.
- Own the event strategy, including presence at industry conferences, proprietary customer summits, and regional forums.
- Personally lead sessions as a keynote speaker, moderator, or executive facilitator.
- Ensure events drive customer engagement, lead generation, and brand visibility.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team across demand generation, content, communications, and enablement functions.
- Champion collaboration across Sales, Product, Strategy, and Customer Success teams.
- Foster a data-driven, agile marketing culture focused on impact, innovation, and accountability.
- Pipeline Growth: Marketing becomes a primary engine for qualified lead generation and new revenue, with clear attribution to campaign efforts.
- Market Leadership: IntegriChain is recognized as the thought leader in commercialization and Net Revenue Optimization through events, media, and analyst relations.
- Sales Enablement Impact: Improved sales velocity and win rates through strategic content and high-value enablement tools.
- Product Launch Success: Seamless go-to-market execution for new offerings with strong adoption and clear market resonance.
- Team Excellence: A high-performing, empowered marketing team that drives innovation and results.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Strong partnerships across Sales, Product, and Strategy to drive growth objectives.
- 15+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior/executive role.
- Proven success scaling marketing functions in B2B SaaS, data/analytics platforms, or healthcare/life sciences environments.
- Deep familiarity with the pharma commercialization lifecycle, payer/provider dynamics, and revenue management trends.
- Strong executive presence with experience as a keynote speaker, event facilitator, or media spokesperson.
- Demonstrated ability to drive measurable pipeline growth, campaign ROI, and marketing-attributed revenue.
- Expertise in product marketing, ABM, content strategy, digital marketing, and marketing operations.
- Proficiency in marketing tech stack (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot/Marketo, ABM platforms, Google Analytics).
- A bachelor's degree is required; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
