- Full Life-Cycle Recruitment: Own the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates.
- Engage & Support Candidates: Maintain strong relationships through regular communication, providing updates and support throughout their journey.
- Strategic Sourcing: Utilize your networking skills and cutting-edge technology to build a robust pipeline of both passive and prospective candidates. Get creative with career fairs, email/text campaigns, social media outreach, and local/national recruiting events!
- Proactive Talent Identification: Stay ahead of the game by anticipating future hiring needs and engaging both active and passive candidates to maintain a steady flow of talent.
- Trusted Partnership: Collaborate with leadership at all levels to execute effective recruitment strategies tailored to our facility’s unique needs and culture.

- Exceptional Candidate Experience: Execute every aspect of the candidate experience, from engagement to feedback, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Maintain accurate statuses and dispositions in our ATS, ensuring compliance with Federal and State employment laws, including Affirmative Action.
- Reporting & Metrics: Provide insightful reporting on candidate pipelines and full-cycle recruitment metrics, including fill rates, time to fill, offer acceptance rates, hiring manager satisfaction, and candidate experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced recruitment environment preferred; experience in a staffing agency is a plus!
- Familiarity with full life cycle recruitment is preferred.
- Experience in behavioral health or healthcare is a plus.
- Must reside within 1 hour of the nearest Newport/PrairieCare facility.
- Proven ability to develop strong relationships with all levels of management and external resources.
- Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment processes.
